Adrianne Palicki dons 'Wonder Woman' costume

Adrianne Palicki makes her mark as the new Wonder Woman for the new upcoming NBC pilot by David E. Kelley.

The magic lasso and bullet-deflecting bracelets that Lynda Carter famously wore in the ’70s series appear to be intact, but the star-studded short-shorts? Not so much. Instead, we now have blue leggin type pants and blue boots instead of the classic red.

NBC says that if the show is picked up for a series, they plan to offer a “serious, non-campy take” on the Amazing Amazon, a perspective that’s tripped up at least one fan. Let’s go David E. Kelley!
