With The College Expo being one of the most prominent higher education conventions, students and parents are provided the opportunity not only to connect with local colleges, but to meet with colleges from all over the nation as well. Founder Theresa Price started this event when she saw a need for underprivileged inner city students to reach for goals beyond their financial capabilities. Students obtain acceptance letters and scholarships from various colleges and universities, right on the spot. The expo also hosts several workshops and seminars. Now, during Coby Millers career, this USA track and field super star athlete has broken major records. Its been said that he has made a sub-10 second personal best in the 100 meters and a sub-20 second best in the 200 meters. He also made another record of winning the 1999 Summer Universiade and came to the 2000 Sydney Olympics final. Crucially, he had gotten terrible leg injuries in the 2001 and 2002 seasons, but came back at the end of 2002 as part of the gold-medal-winning American 4 x 100 m relay team at the IAAF World Cup, breaking the championship record. Being a strong, dedicated and enrgetic type of person, he ran under ten seconds in the 100 m Olympics Trials in 2004, but he was not qualified for the event.
